When you register for a tournament we collect your full name, email address, and (optionally) your partner or teammate's name. We also record the tournament you entered, the timestamp of your registration, and your consent to these terms. We do not collect payment card details through this site — entry fees are settled separately.
Your data is used solely to administer tournament entries, build match draws and brackets, schedule your matches, and communicate with you about events you have entered. Your name and partner's name may appear on public brackets and rankings.
We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the season and maintain historical rankings — typically until the end of the following season. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
Your data is processed by The Rally Society and our hosting platform (Base44), which stores the database and sends transactional emails on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and no other third party receives your personal information unless required by law.
We use a strictly-necessary cookie to keep you logged in and remember your cookie preference. With your consent we may load analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
