If a tournament is cancelled by The Rally Society — whether due to weather, court unavailability, or any other reason — every entrant is entitled to a full refund of their entry fee. No action is required on your part; refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method.
Prefer to keep your place? You can instead choose to hold your spot and be automatically transferred to the rearranged date at no extra cost. Simply let us know by replying to your booking confirmation email or contacting hello@therallysociety.com before the rearranged event is announced, and we will move your entry across for you.
Entry fees are otherwise non-refundable. If you can no longer attend an event that goes ahead, notify us as early as possible — we will do our best to fill your place, but refunds for non-attendance remain at the organiser's discretion.
