Entry is open to players who register through this site and pay the stated entry fee. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once payment is received. The Rally Society reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
Entry fees are non-refundable except where The Rally Society cancels an event. If a tournament is cancelled by us — whether due to weather, court unavailability, or any other reason — every entrant is entitled to a full refund of their entry fee, processed automatically to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to keep your spot and be automatically transferred to the rearranged date at no extra cost; simply notify us before the rearranged event is announced. If you cannot attend an event that goes ahead, notify us as early as possible — we will attempt to fill your place, but refunds for non-attendance remain at the organiser's discretion. Tournament format, draw size, scheduling, court allocation and prize structure are determined at the discretion of the organisers and may change due to entries, weather or court availability. We will communicate any material changes to registered players as soon as practicable.
Players are expected to compete in good faith, respect opponents, partners, officials and staff, and follow all on-court rules set out by the tournament director. The Rally Society may remove any player from an event for abusive, discriminatory or unsporting behaviour, with no refund.
Padel is a physical sport and participation is at your own risk. The Rally Society, its organisers and venue partners accept no liability for personal injury, loss or damage sustained during or travelling to and from events. Players are responsible for their own appropriate insurance.
By entering you consent to photography and filming at events for promotional, social media and editorial use by The Rally Society. If you do not wish to appear in media, notify a member of staff on the day. Such material may be published without further consent or compensation.
On-court disputes are resolved by the tournament director, whose decision is final. Any other dispute should be raised in writing to hello@therallysociety.com within 7 days of the event and will be acknowledged within 14 days.
